Client galleries
Client galleries that open from a link and let clients pick the album
Upload from the browser, share one link by email, text or WhatsApp, and let your clients view, download and pick their favourites without creating an account.

Delivery is usually a separate subscription, a separate login and a separate list of clients. Then album selection happens in a spreadsheet or a long message thread, and nobody knows which 60 photos were final.
What it does
Client galleries in Pixnesto
Browser uploads in batches
Drag in a whole shoot. Uploads run in parallel and show progress per batch, and web-sized versions are generated for fast viewing on phones.
Photo selection with a quota
Set how many photos the client may pick ("pick 60 for the album") and see their picks in the workspace as they make them.
Download controls
Turn downloads on or off per gallery, so a proofing gallery stays a proofing gallery.
Optional expiry
Close a gallery link on a chosen date, or leave it open. The date is read in your studio’s time zone.
No client account
Clients and their families open the gallery from a link on any phone or laptop. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Linked to the shoot
Each gallery belongs to a shoot and a client, so delivery sits next to the quote, invoice and payments for that job.
How it works
From setup to done
- 1Create a gallery from the shoot, or on its own.
- 2Upload the edited photos from your browser.
- 3Set a selection quota, download permission and optional expiry.
- 4Share the link by email, text, WhatsApp or copy-paste.
- 5Watch the selection come in, then deliver the album.
Who uses it
Built for how you shoot
- For wedding photographersFrom the first enquiry to the last album pick, one record per wedding: quote, deposit, the day’s schedule and crew, the gallery and the balance.
- For portrait photographersMany small sessions, each with the same steps. Pixnesto turns them into a repeatable flow: enquiry, package, payment, gallery, picks.
- For event photographersConferences, parties, festivals and launches back to back. Know who is where, send everyone the plan and deliver the gallery the next morning.
