Yes. The call sheet has a private link that opens on any phone without an account. You can also print it.

Can event guests find their own photos by face?

Not today. Pixnesto galleries do not have face recognition search as of October 2026; you share the gallery link with the organiser.

Can I invoice companies with VAT?

Yes. Invoices show your VAT number and rate (or GST or sales tax, depending on your country).

How many team members can I add?

Pro includes up to 10 team members with roles. Freelancers who only need the call sheet do not need an account.
