What it does

Everything a studio runs on

  • Enquiries and CRM

An enquiry board from first message to booked, with source, date and budget on every card, and a client record that keeps every shoot, quote, invoice and gallery together.

  • Quotes and packages

Reusable packages with prices and inclusions; build a quote from a package in a minute and turn an accepted quote into an invoice.

  • Proposals and e-signature

Quotes shared as a link that clients accept and sign online with a typed or drawn signature, with optional add-ons, a validity date and a signed PDF carrying an acceptance certificate (signer, time, IP address and SHA-256 document hash). Available on every plan.

  • Payment schedules and client portal

Deposit and milestone payment schedules per shoot with due-date reminders on every plan; on Pro, online payment links and a client portal where each client sees their shoots, quotes, invoices, balances and galleries.

  • Booking page

A public page at your own address where clients check your availability and send an enquiry that lands straight on the enquiry board.

  • Shoots, crew calendar and call sheets

Shoots with multiple parts (ceremony, reception, second day), crew assigned to each part, a calendar of who is where, and a shareable, printable call sheet for the crew.

  • Client galleries with photo selection

Galleries that open from a link with no client app or account, with optional photo-selection quotas ("pick 60 for the album"), download controls and an optional expiry date.

  • Invoices, payments and tax

Invoices with the right tax for the studio’s country (VAT, GST, Canadian GST/HST, US sales tax, or India GST with CGST/SGST/IGST), payments recorded by hand on every plan and online payment links on Pro.

  • Team and roles

Invite second shooters, editors and assistants on Pro and control what each role can see.

  • Speed and data ownership

Command-palette search across clients, shoots, invoices and galleries, keyboard shortcuts, and export of your data at any time on any plan.
