Proposals & e-signature

Quotes your clients accept and sign on their phone

Build the quote from your packages, send one link, and the client reads it, picks optional add-ons, then accepts and signs. The enquiry is booked the moment they do.

A PDF quote goes out by email, the client replies “looks good”, and you chase a signature, a deposit and the final add-ons over a week of messages. Meanwhile the date is still not yours.

What it does

Proposals and e-signature in Pixnesto

  • One link, any phone

The quote opens from a private link in any browser, with your logo and colours. No client account, nothing to install.

  • Optional add-ons

Mark items such as a second shooter or an extra album as optional. The client switches them on or off and the total, including tax, updates as they go.

  • Typed or drawn signature

The client types their name in a handwriting style or draws a signature with a finger, ticks the consent box and accepts.

  • Acceptance certificate

Every accepted quote records the signer’s name and email, the time, IP address and a SHA-256 hash of the exact quote they accepted, and adds it to the signed PDF.

  • Viewed, accepted or declined

See when the client first opens the quote. They can decline with a reason, and links stop working after the quote’s valid-until date or when you revoke them.

  • Booked on acceptance

Acceptance moves the enquiry to booked and keeps the signed quote on the client record, ready for a payment schedule and invoices.
