Quotes, invoices & payments

Quotes, invoices and payments that get the tax right in your country

Build a quote from your packages, turn it into an invoice when the client says yes, and track the deposit and balance against the shoot. VAT, GST and sales tax are built in.

Photographers lose hours to copy-pasted quotes, invoices built in a word processor, tax worked out by hand and a spreadsheet that never quite matches the bank. Most US-built tools also assume US sales tax and dollars.

What it does

Quotes, invoices and payments in Pixnesto

  • Packages and quotes

Save your packages once with prices and inclusions. A quote takes a minute, and an accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping.

  • Tax for your country

Set your country and Pixnesto applies the defaults: VAT, GST, Canadian GST/HST, US sales tax, or India GST with CGST/SGST/IGST and SAC codes. Not registered? Invoice without tax.

  • Local currency

Quotes and invoices are in your studio’s currency and formatted the way your clients read numbers.

  • Deposit and balance

Record deposits, part payments and the final balance against the invoice and see what is due across every shoot.

  • Online payment links (Pro)

Send a payment link and clients pay by card or local methods. Stripe processes card payments; in India, Razorpay processes UPI, cards and net banking.

  • Accept and sign online

Send the quote as a link; the client accepts and signs it with a typed or drawn signature and you get a signed PDF.

  • Payment schedules

Split a booking into a deposit and milestones such as 30/40/30 or 50/50, with due dates and reminders when a payment is due or overdue.

  • Expenses per shoot

Log second-shooter fees, travel and hire costs against the shoot to see what each job really earned.

  5. 5Track the balance until the shoot is paid in full.
